User Agreement

This User Agreement (the "Agreement") governs the relationship between the administration of the MimirAI.ru service (the "Administration") and the user (the "User") using the website, the Telegram bot, and other MimirAI.ru services.

1. Acceptance of the Agreement's terms

1.1. By taking actions to use the service (including paying for a subscription, launching the bot, or generating content), the User confirms that they have read this Agreement and accept its terms in full.

2. General provisions

2.1. By using the MimirAI.ru service, the User confirms that they have read and agree with this Agreement, the Privacy Policy, and the Public Offer.

2.2. The Service is an aggregator of third-party AI service APIs (including, but not limited to, OpenAI, Midjourney, Veo, Suno) and provides the User with access to them.

2.3. The Administration is not the developer/owner of third-party AI models and does not guarantee their correctness, availability, or results.

3. Services provided

3.1. The Service provides access to functionality for generating text, images, video, audio, and other materials based on third-party APIs.

3.2. Access to advanced functionality may require payment according to the rates listed on the website/in the bot.

3.3. Tokens. The rules for purchasing, the validity period of, and the deduction of tokens are established by the Public Offer; the User must review them before using the relevant features.

4. Restrictions

4.1. It is prohibited to use the Service to create, distribute, or store content that violates the laws of the Russian Federation (including extremist materials; pornographic materials involving minors; content that infringes copyright or other rights).

4.2. In case of a breach of clause 4.1, the Administration is entitled to restrict/block access without a refund.

4.3. Prohibition on personal data in prompts. The User undertakes not to include their own personal data or that of third parties (full name, phone number, email, address, document details, special/biometric data, etc.) in requests/materials.

4.4. Responsibility for entering personal data. If the User includes personal data in requests/materials on their own initiative, they bear full responsibility for such disclosure, confirm they hold any necessary consents from third parties (if the third parties' data was entered), and release the Administration from any claims in this regard.

4.5. Age. The Service is intended for users over 18 years of age. Use by minors is permitted only with the consent of their legal representatives.

5. Disclaimer

5.1. Materials created using the Service are provided "as is" without warranties of accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or fitness for a particular purpose.
